  • Only new product : This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used or in the unlikely event of a faulty or damaged product.
  • Refund Time: Within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Free within the UK.

Delivery Day Return Policy

Our return policy starts from the delivery day, not the purchase day, giving you ample time to inspect your purchase. If an item is delayed in transit and arrives beyond the 30-day return period, we will make adjustments accordingly. The 30-day return period begins on the delivery date.



Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@socksny.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization along with a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Packaging and Shipping: Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging included. Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping to the return address given in the return authorization. Use Royal Mail or another suitable carrier to send the item.
  4. Required Documents: Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item. Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.

Packaging Instructions

  1. Use Original Packaging (if available) or a secure bag/box.
  2. Fold Clothes Neatly to avoid damage.
  3. Seal Securely with strong tape.
  4. Attach Return Label and drop it off at the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. The refund method will match your original payment method.
